SF Wood Protector Scapo® - G
SF Wood Protector SCAPO G is a PU based polymer added with specialty PROTECTION which after application to the thickness side of the panel, seal the edges with protective PU layer and doesn’t allow the moisture and infestation to enter into, as well as keep the edges glossy and smooth, expose the grains clear visible with luster.
The coating of SF Wood Protector SCAPO R G acts as a side protection agent (Side Sealant), provide extra gloss by removing stains and opening the grains texture from the edges of specially Block Board and Flush Doors.
SCAPO® G is a single component, air-drying, colourless/coloured, semi-glossy polyurethane wood polish. Pre-polishing steps:
1.Sanding: Sand the wooden surfce along the grains using sand paper no. 180 and
then 320 or 400.
2.Dent Filling: If the suface has dents, apply appropriate filler with a putty knife
over the dented area.
3.Staining: To colour apply appropriate wooden colour(stain) by ragging or
spraying. Allow to dry for 2-3 hours.
4. POLISHING WOOD PROTECTOR SCAPO®- G
: Apply SCAPO® G by ragging, brushing or spraying. Allow to
dry for 5-10 minutes. For best result apply 2-3 coats of SCAPO® G.
NOTE : To clean spray gun use any PU thinner available in the market
- Makes it easy to apply as no need to mix hardener or thinner. DIY product.
- Offers better asthetics as it leaves no brush marks or pinholes(when sprayed). It
can be applied by ragging, brushing as well as spraying. - Offers better scratch, water, heat and stain resistance compared to French Polish
- Offers much lesser drying time compared to Touchwood or Wudfin.
- Offers uniform distribution on wood without any patches.
